1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rank ’n Go platform, mobile app, or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

 

2. Definitions

“Company,” “We,” “Us,” “Our” refers to Rank ’n Go.

“User,” “Customer,” “You” refers to any person accessing or using our services.

“Platform” refers to our website, mobile application, and related systems.

 

3. Eligibility

Users must be at least 18 years old to place orders. By using our services, you confirm that you meet all legal requirements to enter into this agreement.

 

4. Products & Availability

All products displayed on the platform are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue items, or substitute products when necessary.

Images provided are for illustration only and may differ from the actual product.

 

5. Pricing & Price Changes

5.1 General Pricing

All prices listed on the platform are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

 

5.2 Dynamic & Random Price Changes

Rank ’n Go operates on a dynamic pricing model, meaning product prices may change at any time without prior notice, including:

- Sudden upward or downward changes

- Promotional or discounted pricing

- Supplier-driven increases

- Random adjustments due to market fluctuations

 

Prices are confirmed only at checkout. Items added to the cart may change in price before the order is finalised.

 

6. Orders & Payment

An order is considered placed only when payment is successfully processed.

Orders may be cancelled by Rank ’n Go if payment fails, product is unavailable, or fraudulent behaviour is suspected.

Accepted payment methods include EFT, debit/credit cards, and any other method displayed on the platform.

 

7. Delivery & Collection

7.1 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to location, weather, traffic, or operational conditions.

Delivery fees apply unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

 

7.2 Click & Collect

Orders must be collected between 15:00 - 18:00.

Failure to collect may result in cancellation or additional holding fees.

 

8. Refunds, Returns & Replacements

Perishable items are not refundable unless defective upon arrival.

Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days, provided they are unopened and in their original condition.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Rank ’n Go reserves the right to decline refunds or replacements if products show signs of misuse.

 

9. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined unless stated.

Rank ’n Go may cancel or change promotions at any time.

 

10. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

Rank ’n Go is not responsible for unauthorized account access.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for suspicious or abusive behaviour.

 

11. Liability

Rank ’n Go will not be liable for:

- Indirect or consequential losses

- Loss of income due to delayed deliveries

- Errors caused by third-party delivery partners

Our total liability will not exceed the value of the affected order.

 

12. Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, product descriptions, images, and content belong to Rank ’n Go. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

 

13. Privacy

Rank ’n Go collects and processes personal data according to POPIA requirements.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties except as required for service fulfilment.

 

14. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Continued use of our platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
